This leading builder of powerboats was faced with a unique challenge as the needed a roof structure with enough clear floor space to allow them to move boats around their workspace without any columns in the way yet still have a roof strong enough for rail cranes to lift high powered engines.  Duke Pacific worked closely with the Architect and Engineer to develop a glulam beam roof structure system with over 90 feet of clear span.  We also provided all of the copula, canopy, and trellis framing as well as an additional storage mezzanine.
