This national retail giant used Duke Pacific, Inc. to add on to an existing store.  There was flat roof added as well as a new tower section.  We utilized two separate crews to build the tower section.  While one crew built the tower, a separate crew constructed the entire 60’ x 60’ roof section in the parking lot.  With both crews finishing at the same time, we then lifted the entire roof section onto the tower thus saving our client nearly a month in their construction schedule while also keeping the majority of the work force close to the ground and safe.
